Allspice (Whole) - Ethnic
Tropical allspice is so named because it tastes like a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and, some say, pepper. Whole allspice is a must in marinades, stews, and stocks. It is also an essential ingredient in many Indian masalas, or spice mixtures.
