Traditional German Barrel Sauerkraut - Ethnic
This traditional sauerkraut is packed in a glass "barrel" and imported from Germany. The cabbage is finely shredded with a pungent sour flavor. Great in casseroles or other braised meat dishes. Makes a mean Reuben sandwich.
