Chekov Game -
This game from Maureen and Alan Hiron mixes the luck that comes with a roll of the dice with simple strategy. You’ll roll three dice to find your number. Say you roll a 3, 4 and 5. You can pick 34, 35, 43, 45, 53 or 54 as your number. Pick one? OK, you’ll use your colored pencil to circle that number on the score grid. Now your opponent will use his/her colored pencil to do the same. Now you may take turns circling numbers to earn points—or to block others from scoring points (tic-tac-toe style). You only earn points for a number when it is next to another number you’ve already circled. If your opponent puts his/her circle on a number next to yours, you’ve been blocked. Comes with 3 large customized dice, pencils, score pad, rolling tin and instructions. For 2 or 3 players.
