Huang Hua Yun Jian -
An organic tea from Huo Shan, a western region in the Anhui province of China. The latter part of the name means "Yellow Sprout," a reference to the beautiful yellow color that distinguishes the yound buds of the plant from the recently opened green leaves. Each cluster contains examples of both, rendering this tea a visual, as well as a palatable pleasure.
