The Martin Cottage is a nesting home for 6 families! Two removable side panels make it easy to clean. Made from your choice of pressure treated or natural cedar. Shipped unfinished. Due to the size of this piece, the house is shipped completely assembled to the base plate and support brackets; but without the post. Simply slide it down onto your post and attach it with the pre-positioned screws in the (4) support brackets. We use UPS or FedEx Ground shipping services. Please specify post (includes support bracket) or hanging (includes brass hook and 36 inch chain) model when ordering. Two side panels are removable for seasonal cleaning. Brass identification plate included. House measures 15" in diameter, 30" tall. This pole mountable house comes completely assembled and ready to mount to your standard 4" x 4" post. Hanging model available upon request. Please specify your preference for pressure treated fir or cedar; Post mount or hanging model.
