These 6 element eyepieces, with their 67 degree fields, offer exquisite wide angle images at low to medium powers, ideal for star fields, galaxies and other deep space phenomena. Focal lengths with 1.25 inch barrels yield extremely high resolution, high power lunar and planetary images when combined with a Barlow lens. SWA eyepieces are a perfect match to Meade ETX telescopes; used with the Meade ETX 90EC, the Super Wide 18mm eyepiece, for example, yields 69X and actual field of almost 1 degree. This is a 24.5mm model.
