Models * Testors 1/48 Nieuport 17C.1 - TES 613 - Testors
There were many colorful aeroplanes flying in World War I, but most distinctive of all was the Nieuport 17. This was an aeroplane the Allies couldn't get enough of and the Germans wished had never been designed. Nieuport 17 was a sesqui-plane- having a smaller lower wing of about half the wing area of the upper wing. Nieuports were responsible for the end of German dominance of the skies over France. Wingspan 6.7 inches. Plastic cement and paint are required for assembly, and are sold separately.
