You tie the back handkerchief style, then there are two straps from the top, one goes around your back to secure but bust, and one tie around your neck halter style. -- wear bare or can be super stylish over a strappy dress or tight t-shirt. Back is open like a handkerchief top. V-neck front with studded neckline. Front is 16" in length at longest point of top. Sizes 14/16-26/28. 100% Polyester. Turn garment inside out and machine was cold separately. Made in Korea.
