The hand break will give you hard breaking ability with an advanced rear disk breaking system. Headlight, red tail lights and horn provide even more safety at night. Handle bar raises and lowers for any size rider. Fold the hand bars down and you have a ride that's compact enough to toss in the trunk of your car and take anywhere.
